IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
- www.csbc.bih.nic.in to access the web portal of the central selection board of constable, patna , bihar
- Click on “ bihar police or fire services button to apply for motional poats.
- Before filling up the application form the candidate are advised to carefully go through the full advertisement published on the CSBC, Patna, bihar web portal.
- Before applying online applicants must ensure that they have valid e-mail ID, Mobile number, all essential educational certicates, valid driving license, scanned jpeg/jpg passport size colour photograph of maximum size 20-50 kb English and hindi signature of maximum size 10—20kb each for filling correct details and uploading the photo graphs/signatures respectively.
- Bihar police or fire services tab you will be routed to basic information page. At basic information Page, Applicants have to fill their details keeping the point in mind that only one application can be registered against one valid mobile no and e-mail ID.
- After successful registration of your basic details, an automatically generated Registration no and password will be sent via e-mail to your registered e-mail ID and also SMS will be sent to your registered mobile no.
- After login fill the further details asked regarding your post applied, post preference, personal and family details, educational qualification, Correspondence address, permanent address etc.
- Applicants will have to fill up educational qualification right from intermediate onwards as prescribed in the advertisement for successfully registration in absence of appropriate educational details as per advertisement, candidature of applicants will be cancelled.
- After filling up all details the applicants will have to press SUBMIT button to save the data, once saved you cannot modify the data, so do check before finally submit. After final submit you will be redirected to payment page.
- You can pay the required application fees with debit card/Credit card/net banking /Paytm wallet as per your convenience.
- After successful payment you can upload your colour scanned photograph English and hindi signatures. After successful upload, th process of online application is complete.
- It is strongly advised that after the completion of the process of submission of the online application, the applicant must take a print out of the submitted application from and keep the same for future reference. The candidate is also advised to keep his application fee payment proof which be required by the central Selection board of constable, Patna, bihar in case of any discrepancy.
- Request for change/correction in any particulars in the application form shall not be entertained after last date of submission of online application. The Central Selection Board of Constable, Patna, Bihar will permit to change/make correction in the application only once in any change of wrong upload document. The corrected application form will be treated a final. CSBc will not entertain any further request for any kind of change/correction to entry in application form will lead to cancellation of the application form'
Guidelines for Online payment
1. You must ensure that you are using the online application portal https://www.csbcbponline.com/csbdriver/ for the process of online application form.
2. You must ensure that login should not be idle for more than 5 minutes, otherwise your session will expire and you will have to
re-login for the same process. You will have to complete the payment process within 5 minutes only.
3. If your payment is deducted from your account and online application form on web portal is not updated Payment status then entire process must be repeated after re-login. The candidates are advised to pay once for single registration number and avoid repetitive payments.
4. If you have paid the application fees for single registration number then your request for refund will not be entertained by the CSBC.
5. If you have paid the application fees for same registration number more than once then your excess payment will be refunded automatically in your account within 7 working days after verification of records against production of receipt/claim on

i) Registration No.
ii) Transaction ID
iii) Proof of amount deducted from your account (i.e. Bank Statement, ATM Slip etc.)
