Comptroller And Auditor General Of India
There should be an independent post of Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) under Article 148 of the Constitution of India.
- He is the head of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department.
-He has a tenure of 6 years. Retirement is 65 years old. Whichever is earlier.
-CAG The President is appointed by the
President under his signature seal warrant.
-He is the principal of the wealth of the common people and has control over both the financial system

-The CAG can be removed by the President on the basis of his misconduct or incapacity The removal method is similar to that of a Supreme Court Judge.
-CAG (Since assuming office) After this post, the Government of India or any state is not eligible for any employment.

Advocate general of state
